Characteristics
Deciduous tree. It has tendrils serving to hold it as a liana. Its leaves are large, wide, deeply lobed and more or less palmate. Its flowers are discreet, that once pollinated produce fruits (grapes) grouped in clusters.
Location
Outdoor, in full sun or semi shade. In summer, exposure to full sun can burn the leaves if these are somewhat wet.
Watering
Abundant, especially during the fruit growth.
Fertilization
Throughout the year except in winter. Reduce the frequency during summer.
Re-potting
Every 2 years, at the beginning of spring.
Substrate
100% Akadama, or mixed with a 30% of organic gravel.
