Do we accept returns?

Of course we do. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the products. You can return the products you choose and we will issue the corresponding refund.

To do so, it is necessary that you notify it in writing through an email to [email protected] indicating the necessary data to identify your purchase, then we will give you the details of how to make the return of this purchase.

In the event that the return is for reasons not attributable to Mistral Bonsai, due to a change of opinion or error on the part of the customer at the time of making the purchase, the customer will be responsible for returning or directly delivering to us the products in good conditions. Your refund will be processed immediately after we receive the returned products in our warehouse. In these cases, Mistral Bonsai will reimburse the customer for all payments received, except shipping costs.
Likewise, the customer must assume the direct costs of returning the products.

In the event that the return is for reasons attributable to Mistral Bonsai (defective product or arrived in poor condition) it will be Mistral Bonsai who will be responsible for collecting the products and / or exchange them for correct ones, taking care of the costs associated with this return and / or exchange.

Please note that this category does not include plants or bonsai (as established in article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, supplies of goods that by their nature can deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from withdrawal).

How can I return a product?

  • Inform us of your return

Send an email with the order reference and the name of the person who placed the order, as well as the cause of the return, to the following email address: [email protected]. Once you have received a response from our team, you can continue with the return process.

2-Prepare the package for the return

The product must be in the same state in which you received it, with the original packaging and label, and in the same box.

3-Transport

Cancellations

Are cancellations accepted?

Of course! You can cancel your order at any time. The amount of your order will be refunded within the following 10 working days.
The cost of transport will not be included in the reimbursement in the event that your order has already left our facilities at the time of cancellation or in the case you refuse it on delivery.
