A prebonsai is a small tree with specific features, that with a little work and some care can become a beautiful bonsai. The prebonsai are grown from seedlings to get a good nebari, which is the base of the trunk, fine roots near the trunk, and several design possibilities. This prebonsai line will allow you to model and design the bonsai in the style you want or that the tree indicates.

Location: In Mediterranean climate areas, place outdoors all year round. Protect from frost, especially in cold areas.

Curiosities: The flowers are inside the fig. Most fig trees in cultivation have only female flowers. In order to be fertilised, a male fig tree is needed, as they have both male and female flowers.

Transplant
Every 2 years in spring or summer. Afterwards, it is recommended to water with Mistral Bonsai's Vitabonsai invigorator to speed up the tree's recovery.
Soil
Terrabonsai. Special soil for bonsai, which will satisfy its water and nutrient needs, stimulating the development of roots and general vigour. Other soils can also be used, such as a mixture of 80% Akadama + 20% Kiryuzuna or Pomice, which promotes growth, although it will require more frequent watering.
